I am a recent graduate of Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design where I studied 2D animation and Story boarding. I am excited to begin my career in the animation industry and apply the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through my animation education.
During my time in the Animation program, I’ve learned a wide array of skills and techniques for contemporary animation, including frame by frame, puppet rigging animation, the creation of assets and drawing substitutions in toon boom harmony, and I specialized in character animation. I also learned and applied skills in video editing and compositing during my time at RMCAD. All of these skills can be seen in my provided reel and portfolio.
Although I am new to the industry I have no shortage of work experience as both a team member and a leader, all of which I plan on bringing to my new career in animation. During my time on the leadership team at Sephora, where I worked as a key holder Client Experience Leader, I organized and led a diverse team of 15-25 employees. My responsibilities included training and mentoring all employees, delegating tasks, upholding company policies, driving product and beauty services sales, providing customer service,as well as all bookkeeping, inventory, and money management duties involved in the position.
All of these skills and experiences have helped me learn to work with all kinds of people, proper time management, teamwork, and develop an expectation of excellence for myself and my team.
